I aim to ship items as quickly as possible, however they are mainly made to order items so please take note of the processing time on each item listing. If your item is needed for a certain date/event please check this can be accommodated before ordering and provide the date with your order.

UK residents items are sent by first class mail. I use a signed for service. I can ship via special delivery upon request.

I ship worldwide via Royal Mail or courier. Customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Deliveries to the USA usually takes 7-14 days. Please allow extra time at Holidays/Peak times or in severe weather conditions. Please also allow for passing through your countries customs procedures.

Please note that all of my items are made by hand and therefore are delicate in nature.

Due to the fact that my items are handmade please be aware that no two will be identical, although every care is taken to produce items as alike as each other as possible in large custom orders etc.

I offer a FREE gift wrapping service and can also send items direct to the recipient if it is a gift. This can save on time and money! Please just contact me to request this.
