Please ensure you check your personalisation, and the size/colour before you order as personalised items are non-refundable. I cannot refund because of a change of mind, because you don't like the colour or if something doesn't fit. Our usual timeframe for personalised items is 2-3 weeks (3-4 for cardigans). Please do message us if you require something sooner and we will try our best to accommodate ☺️

Please remember to take extra care with personalised clothing. I highly advise to hand wash your items. If you do machine wash your item please wash inside out, at 30 degrees (cold wash). Do not tumble dry & always iron inside out to protect the design. Items are non refundable once washed.
