If you enter more than one name, typically they will be on one line unless you request otherwise. However, sometimes we use our discretion and put the names on two lines. No exchanges/returns on personalized or customized items or wallpaper.

We'll exchange a non-personalized item with a different print, minus shipping costs & 20% restocking fee. You must contact us & send your items back within 3 days of delivery. Items must not be used & must be returned in the original condition or they'll be returned to you at your expense. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Rush & shipping charges are non refundable. We'll process your exchange once we receive the original item.

Free shipping is sent via economy ground mail, which does not include return shipping. Therefore, if your package is returned to us, we must pay to get it from USPS. This is typically between $7-$12. If your package is returned and you want it re-shipped, you'll be responsible for those charges, plus the new postage. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER!!

Mon-Fri 9am-5pm: We do not typically answer any convos outside of this time frame. We're very busy and only 2 people, so please allow 1-2 business days to answer convos! ♥♥♥

COMMUNICATION:
Please send all messages through Etsy conversations or to hello@babymaes.com. We do not use Instagram, Facebook or Pinterest for communication. These accounts are not regularly checked so you will not receive a reply in a timely manner, if ever. Please update your Etsy account to forward your Convos to your email account so you will quickly see if we contact you about your order!

-Small parts/choking hazard: Our items sometimes include small parts. All infants/children should be supervised while using our products.

- Colors can vary with each monitor they are viewed on. We cannot guarantee color matching to your screen.

- If you do not include a font choice and/or color in your order then we will use the font and color shown in the first listing photo.

- We do not send proofs unless you request one.

While we do our best to have our photos show the true color of our items, there may be slight variations in color. Each monitor/phone shows colors differently. WE DO NOT GAURANTEE COLOR MATCHING.

Our items are hand sewn so there may be up to 2" size difference to the stated dimensions.

Most orders go to production automatically, immediately. We are not usually able to make changes or cancellations after you have placed your order. Please double check spelling, sizes, font, colors, etc before checking out.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds if you don't like the font. PLEASE USE THE TOOL!! Thinner fonts will not show as well as thicker fonts, especially on minky!

WALLPAPER:
To offer you much more affordable pricing, our wallpaper ships from Latvia. This wallpaper is high quality with bright white and vibrant colors!

Time in transit is typically 5-7 days after processing time.

Processing time is 2-5 business days. We cannot Rush this.
