I currently offer printing services on select products. For US orders, I print, package, and ship your items from my home shop.

For international orders, I use a printing shop to help fulfil print orders I create. This ensures shipping is the quickest instead of shipping direct from the US. If there are any issues with your order once received, please let me know ASAP, and I'll work as hard as I can to get the issue corrected. To ensure prompt service, for any issues with your print, please send me a photo of the item you received so I can provide that to my printing shop. They require this prior to any reshipments.

If you choose to print your digital download at home, I recommend you use bright white Cardstock.

I currently ship select items to the US, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Portugal, Germany, Denmark, Italy, and France currently.

Delivery within the US is estimated at 2-5 business days.
Delivery to Canada is estimated at 6-9 business days.
Delivery to the United Kingdom is estimated at 4-6 business days.
Delivery to Australia is estimated at 6-9 business days.
Delivery to New Zealand is estimated at 9-14 business days.
Delivery to Portugal is estimated at 4-6 business days.
Delivery to Germany is estimated at 5-7 business days.
Delivery to Denmark is estimated at 7-10 business days.
Delivery to Italy is estimated at 7-10 business days.
Delivery to France is estimated at 4-7 business days.

Timeframes are estimations.

I provide a proofing image prior to final delivery or before I send your file off to be printed for custom/personalized orders. Exception to this are my mini-custom monogram listings. Any corrections needed, should be made during that time.

For online retailers, I recommend MPIX.com and Miller's Professional Imaging. They are both professional printing companies and offer a variety of sizes, finishes, and products you could print on.

Staples/Office Max/Depot offer a Same Day poster option, their super heavyweight 140lb matte finish option, or the semi-gloss 140lb medium sheen option would work well. (Availability may vary depending on location).

Other places you could try would be Wal-Mart or Walgreens. While I have not had consistent printing quality at these places, if you have, these would be good suggestions as well.

Costco. (Note: If you use Costco, DO NOT check the “autocorrect” box when presented. The autocorrect color option must remain OFF for the best results.

I've snagged really beautiful frames from Target, Hobby Lobby, IKEA, and Amazon. However, there are a lot of other retailers that also offer beautiful frames too:

If your print arrives damaged or with creases in the paper, please let me know and I will help resolve the issue. To expedite issues with prints, please send a photo of your item when reaching out. This is required by the shop before they will authorize a reshipment for me. Please know that I will always try my best to resolve any issues whether I printed your order or it was fulfilled by my print partner.

For US Print Orders, I use an Epson T2170 to print both Matte and Glossy orders.

For Larger print orders, any sizes 18x12" or larger, I use Canon's Matte Coated Roll Paper. Which has a high quality, good density, matte coating. 170gsm paper used for heavy-weight applications.

For smaller prints, I use Epson Ultra Archival Matte Paper.

For Glossy Print Orders, I use Epson's Premium Glossy Photo Paper. This paper is smudge and water-resistant with a smooth, bright white, resin coated stock.

Please remove your earrings before any activities like cleaning, swimming, showering, etc. To keep your jewelry in the best shape, I recommend putting on your earrings after you have applied any makeup, lotion or perfumes. For best results, store your earrings in a location where it won't rub against any other hard surface or other jewelry.

All of my earrings are all made to order. The processing time varies by item, most of the time, it will be 1-3 business days, some more intricate designs may take longer. See an individual item's listing for its specific processing time.

IMPORTANT: I am not liable for lost or stolen packages-domestic or international. For all orders, they are shipped with insurance included, either through USPS or as an add-on with Shipsurance.

If your package has not arrived, please reach out to your local post office / shipping facility with your tracking number. They will be able to provide additional insight. Please remember, I see what you see in terms of tracking online. The next step would be to open a case with your local post office to be reimbursed for any lost or stolen packages.
