Our shipping days are Monday through Friday. Fulfillment time (time before an order is sent out) is usually 1-4 business days. If we're experiencing high volume it may take a few days longer (such as during the holiday season) but we always try to ship as quickly as possible! Shipping Transit Time: *After order is fulfilled* orders arrive in: ◦ USA: 3-5 business days ◦ Canada: 8-16 days ◦ Europe: 8-20 days ◦ All other countries: 8-30 days Shipping upgrades are available at checkout if you'd like to receive your order even faster.

We gladly accept returns/exchanges on non-custom items are accepted within 30 days! The customer is responsible for shipping costs. Custom items, where the design is personalized or altered, are not returnable or exchangeable.
