We were looking for a special place to put my baby kitty's remains & had been disappointed by someone else's promise & it showing up not looking anything like it should. This company worked with us carefully even asking for additional pictures. We have 2 silver Persians & their colors change due to the light. They wanted to make sure that they had the colors right & worked very hard to make sure that it look like Columbus. We are very happy with the end result!
