Customers must ship the item back to the seller within 14 days of receipt. If the item is shipped outside of this 14-day return window, we charge an extra restocking fee of 10% of the item's value.

These capeline blanks are enormous, and will make great oversized pirate hats. They are a bit floppy, which I expected for something of this size, and will need to be stiffened, perhaps blocked a bit more, so I think they would be perfect for someone like me who is just starting out in learning millinery techniques. Items are exactly as described, good quality thick felt; I’m excited to start creating using these blanks as a base!
