What if my package gets damaged in the mail?

If item arrives broken or damaged or any errors please contact us within 2 business days of delivery. I will file the claim with the shipping company and send you a new one. There are no refunds/exchanges if this happens. **YOU MUST SEND PICTURES OF PACKAGING AND BROKEN ITEM** In the event that this happens, please keep the original packaging and the mailing label. You will need to send pictures of the broken item and the packaging for me to file the claim and send you a new item.

What if my package gets lost in the mail?

I am not responsible for items lost/stolen in the mail. To get more information about a missing/lost package, please contact the post office with tracking number. You can submit a claim for lost item and contact your police department if you feel it was stolen. I can do my best to help guide you in the right direction to complete the process, if you need help. **HELPFUL TIP: Sometimes USPS, UPS & FEDEX will mark a delivery attempt or completion without actually delivering the package. Please wait at least 3 business days after marked delivery to see if this is the case.

If you have any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact me.   Please make sure you read the full description before purchasing!  These tumblers are made with Sublimation. They do NOT have any epoxy on them. Epoxy can be added upon request for extra, just send me a message. This item is handmade by me, so minor imperfections, such as seams, may occur, but I strive to give you the best results possible. The tumbler you are ordering is a 20oz Skinny. 
Tumblers are designed with high quality sublimation allowing for bright colors and durability with minimal wear. To keep this cup lasting longer, it is recommend to following the care instructions.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Hand wash only - Do not soak
- Avoid extreme heat. - Not microwave safe
- Not dishwasher safe   Other sizes are available upon request.  All orders are on a made-to-order basis and we will not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please note all computers and devices may have a slight color difference and may not match exactly to what one sees on the item. fast shipping(ordered dec 11, arrived dec 14) and the cup is so so cute I love it! seller does a good job of making sure the cup is secure for shipping and the christmas holiday wrap with the bow is just the cherry on top. seller also provides a cleaning supply so you can clean the bottle. I LOVE it, merry christmas!
