Tracking isn't working.

For some reason, Etsy tracking is not actually USPS tracking, it is it's own system. Because of this, tracking can be iffy, such as the parcel not being scanned. To check the status of your order, please enter the Etsy tracking number into this website! https://parcelsapp.com/

If your order is returned to me for whatever reason, such as inability to deliver, I will reach out to you to let you know. You have 2 weeks to get back to me. If you don't respond within this time frame, I will refund the order.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Standard envelops and bubble mailers are used unless the buyer requests something else be used. Each order is wrapped and packaged with care, with extra goodies added to show our appreciation.

If you buy an item and mark it as a gift, please send me a note saying what you want to have written with the order. Such as "To my beloved, from your beloved." "You're a nerd, love you!" etc. This note will be written on a nice sticky note to whoever the gift is for.

If you didn't click the tracking option on your order during checkout, you will not be given tracking unless the order is over $10. Non tracking orders are shipped with a standard forever stamp. Discounted items or sale items that go below $10, even if it was $10+ before the discount, do not receive tracking. International orders do not receive tracking unless explicitly requested. You are required to pay the label fee if you wish for tracking.

I want a refund and replacement for a missing order.

I do not allow refunds AND replacements, only one or the other. If you have not received your order I am willing to refund it if you do not wish for a replacement. I will replace it if you do not require a refund. But I will not do both.

I never received my order.

I'm very sorry to hear that but I have no control over an order after I ship it out. Please try to contact USPS (or your local mail carrier) and see about where your order could be. If nothing else, contact me and we can try and figure out a solution.
