5 out of 5 starsI ordered the corduroy harness set for my dog. The sizing was correct but she's a funny shape and the harness came up a bit high on the neck. I asked the shop owner Libby if I could have a refund if I sent back and she was so helpful and professional. She got back to me straight away and as soon as the order was received back to her the refund was done and it was communicated to me. The products are beautiful and so well made. I am gutted they didn't fit my dog. Thank you again for being a great and understanding seller.

I have now purchased 2 of the harnesses because my puppy chewed through the first one, luckily it lasted long enough for him to outgrow it. The quality of these items is so much better than I expected. Quick shipping and Libby is quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend! PS..the photo shows Otis with the "chewed up" harness LOL
