I purchased an Instant Download file. How do I access my files?

You as a customer, are responsible for being able to download/access your files. Please make sure that you are downloading the files to your Computer or Laptop (downloads will not work on smartphones & other devices). To access your files, click the link in your Etsy order receipt OR: Go to https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases > Locate your purchase > Download from the button on the right that says: "Download Files". If you need further assistance: https://www.etsy.com/help/article/3949 **Unfortunately, I DO NOT email INSTANT DOWNLOAD files.**

Can you personalize my order?

Yes, I can personalize any item that you'd like to purchase! Simply purchase the listing PLUS the customize your listing to your shopping cart. I add a "To" name, "From" name and can do some slight modifications with your order. When in doubt, simply send me a message first!

How soon will I receive my personalized order?

If you purchased a personalized order, you'll have your download within 24 hours. I try to have your order back even faster, but I am a stay at home mom with 3 kids! Simply message me if you need an order sooner, and I can see if I can help out!

After your purchase is complete, you will receive a download notification email sent by Etsy (Check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs). You can also access your files right from Etsy.com. To access your digital file(s), go to You > Purchases and Reviews and look for the order you placed. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes directly to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. After downloading the files, you can print them from home or take the files to a local print shop to be printed for higher quality. *The watermark that appears in the Etsy photos WILL NOT appear in the files you download and print.*

- Due to color variations on screens, there may be a slight difference in color from monitor to printing. I always recommend a test print if possible, as I can’t change the colors as they print!

- I highly recommend printing on card stock for a professional look – your local print shop are the people to ask! Try Staples, Office Depot, Office Max etc. I recommend at least 80lb cover white cardstock for sturdiness.

- As this is a digital product, there are NO REFUNDS available. Please contact me with any questions prior to purchase. If you have any problems opening the file, please contact me! I’m happy to help.

- This item is strictly for personal use. You may not copy, share, sell or distribute the file, or printed items made from the file, in any form.
