Can I copy or recreate your designs?

Designs in this shop are original creations, lovingly made and protected by copyright and design rights. Reproduction, duplication or copying of my work is not permitted. Personal use only unless written permission is given. Please respect the time, creativity and care that goes into every item I make. I understand that creativity can inspire others and that is a wonderful thing, but copying isn't the same as being inspired. I am always flattered when my work draws attention or sparks ideas, but I kindly ask that all creators bring their own unique voice to their designs. Every item is created with integrity, originality and pride and I stand confidently behind my work.

What delivery options do you offer?

I offer several delivery options so you can choose what works best for you: Royal Mail 2nd Class - Arrives in approx. 3-5 working days, no tracking Royal Mail 1st Class - Arrives in approx. 1-3 working days, no tracking Royal Mail Special Delivery - Ideal for urgent orders! Usually arrives within 1-2 working days by 1pm, tracking included Large Banners (130cm & 190cm) sent via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for, which includes tracking and typically arrives in 3-5 working days Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays with Royal Mail can occasionally happen especially during busier periods. Once your order has despatched it's in their hands but I am always happy to help if something seems delayed

Do you offer custom designs or themes?

At the moment, I do not offer fully custom designs or new themes that aren't already listed in my shop. All designs listed in my shop are final and lovingly created in advance. However, for all listings where custom text or personalisation is an option, the wording is fully customisable, that includes names, ages, phrases and more! Just leave your personalisation details in the section provided at checkout and I'll take care of the rest!

What if I make a mistake when submitting personalisation?

Don't worry, you're not the first and you definitely won't be the last! Mistakes happen especially when we are multitasking or doing late night shopping with one eye open! If you spot something after placing your order, just pop me a message as soon as you can. As long as I haven't printed it yet, I can make changes no problem at all. At Mommy and Mei, it's really important to me that you're happy with your order, I know how special these celebrations are.

I need something urgently, can you help?

I totally get it, sometimes you need something sooner rather than later! I'll always do my best to help and accommodate where I can. Just choose the fastest shipping option at checkout, like Royal Mail Special Delivery, and send me a quick message to let me know when you need your item by. If I can speed things up on my end, I absolutely will.

Can I return or exchange a personalised item?

Because everything is made just for you, I am not able to accept returns or exchanges on personalised items. But if something has gone wrong or doesn't look quite right then please don't hesitate to reach out. I'll always do my best to help and make sure you're happy.

How are banners packaged and posted?

Smaller banners are sent folded in an envelope, this option is included at no extra cost. If you'd prefer extra protection, you can upgrade to have your banner sent rolled in a tube instead. This upgrade includes tracking for peace of mind. Large banners are always sent in a tube as standard and they come with tracking.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Some of my items are available for international delivery, such as banners and other printed products. These are all sent via Royal Mail International Tracked Service. Royal Mail aims to deliver tracked parcels within: 3 - 5 working days to Europe 5 - 7 working days to the rest of the world Please note these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs checks, local postal services or other unforeseen issues. If your item is needed by a specific date, I always recommend ordering as early as possible. If you're outside the UK and unsure whether something can be shipped to you, please feel free to message me before placing an order.

Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?

Some countries may charge customs duties, VAT or import taxes when your parcel arrives. These charges are not included in the item price or postage cost and are the buyers responsibility. All eligible international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked service for peace of mind. Please be aware that customs processing may cause delays which are unfortunately out of my control.
