You will receive a digital file nothing will be physically shipped to you. You will receive files where the fonts are outlined as for licensing reasons we can not supply you with the font.

You will receive the files in your email straight after purchase + you can find them in your email. We are not held responsible if you are not able to locate the files as they are definitely there. We are able to email them to you if you have any issues with downloading the files. But no refund will be given at any point as they are digital files.

You may use my files for personal use or for a small crafting business upto 200 products. There is an extended license available. You can use the files to make physical items using your die cut or plotting machine to sell in your shop or locally.

Files will be delivered electronically, no physical products will be sent. Once payment is complete your digital files will be available for download in your account and an email will be sent to your Etsy registered email. Due to the digital nature of the files we can't offer any refunds after the file has been downloaded. Please check the requirements of your programs/cutting machines before purchasing. If you have any issues with your files please get in touch with me through email or Etsy message. And I will make sure that you will receive files that will work for you. Please make sure before purchasing that your machine is compatible.
