-Please note We customize the text only, and do not offer customizations to the actual design and illustration.

-Please double check personalization is correct and exactly as you would like it printed as proofs are not sent.



————————PRINTING + SHIPPING————————

-Designs are printed directly onto the mug so the print will never scrape off or fade away! It is a flat and totally permanent sublimation print (we don’t use vinyl or stickers!)

-All mugs ready to gift. Every mug is wrapped in biodegradable cello, and a hand tied bow.

- Add a gift note at checkout and send our mugs directly to the recipient! No prices will be printed on the packing slip, so they are ready to gift

- All mugs are printed to order. We are currently taking 2-4 business days to print and ship all orders PLUS shipping times (This doesn't include the day ordered, or weekends/public holidays/or during the Christmas Holiday rush from the last week in October to December 25th or Mother's Day Rush from the second week in April util May 10th). Turnaround times extend to 6-10 business days during peak seasons.
