What does pre-order mean?

Buying a Pre-order item means your claiming the item before it’s been manufactured, this means you will have to wait for it to be made before it ships but it insures that we will have an accurate idea of how many should be made so you won’t have to worry about them going out of stock before you can get one

international shipping/tracking

International tracking works weird, we've had it work perfectly for Japan and not work at all for Poland, so though all packages come with tracking the tracking is sometimes finicky. If your order is taking more than 4 weeks to deliver internationally please message us We can no longer do $2 shipping for international sticker orders due to lack of insurance, we cannot change the price of shipping

Shipping for stickers

Orders shipped in letters now come with mandatory $1 insurance so you can be covered if they are lost, this option does NOT come with tracking that works, if you want working tracking you have to order the upgraded tracking which also comes with insurance

If your order is lost or damaged by usps we will help you through opening an Etsy case so they can refund you for the full amount including shipping, in doing this we can also be covered by etsy for the issues caused by usps yay

We don't do replacements, they take us one hundred years to do, literally it takes us so long to do replacements, do not ask us to do replacements, just ask for a refund and reorder the item, it'll take WEEKS faster if you do this, sometimes they take so long that we just end up refunding them anyway so please don't ask for a replacement, reordering will usually take 1-3 days to ship compared to the 200 months that replacements take

PLEASE NOTE! Donnas and heisenbergs design came out darker than we wanted

because these are double sided epoxy they are very fun to hold, These do NOT have protective films so you don’t have to take any off, some of the older ones have the metal bead keychains and some have metallic keyrings, leon/wesker/krauser/re4 leon and chris have the metalic keyrings
