What is your turn around time?

Please note that I do have a 1-2 week turn around time. This means that I have a 1-2 week creating time and your order will be shipped out 1-2 weeks from the date it was purchased! (This turn around time is for production only and does not include the time it takes to arrive after shipped). Each item is stamped by hand and made to order. I appreciate your patience!!

I entered in the wrong information and I need to make a change. What should I do?

If any changes need to be made to an order that has been placed, I will ask that you place a new order with the correct information. Once the order is placed and you have messaged me letting me know, I will then cancel/refund your original order and bump your new order up to the original ship date. (These changes can include, but are not limited to: address change, design change, font choice change, name change, phone number change) Due to the volume of orders I'm working on/sending out at a time and the amount of customization that is required for each order, this is the easiest way for me to make changes and to avoid any room for error. Thank you for understanding!!

My package was marked delivered, but it hasn't arrived. What should I do?

I understand your concern and frustration! Occasionally, for whatever reason, USPS will mark a package as delivered and it will arrive a few days later. Hang tight and keep an eye out! Be sure to check with neighbors, especially if living at an apartment complex. If some time has passed and you do believe your package is lost/missing, please click the link below to fill out a form with USPS. This way they can have direct communication with you. Can you design a custom tag?

I love doing custom orders! I am more than happy to work on a design that fits what you're looking for. To do a custom design, I do have to have the stamps in my collection already (so if you've seen a stamp on another tag design, I can do it!). We can work together to use a combination of stamps to get the design you have in mind.

Can I get more than just a phone number stamped on the back of the tag?

Unfortunately I am only able to stamp phone numbers on the backside of the tags. Due to their small size, I can stamp 1-2 phone numbers on the back, but unfortunately it does not allow room for phrases or addresses.

Can my phone number be stamped on the back of the tag?

Yes! All phone numbers are stamped on the back of the tags if selected when choosing the customization/size of your tag. Depending on the size of the tag blank, I can stamp 1-2 phone numbers. Please note: If you provide two phone numbers and they share the same area code, the area code will be stamped at the top in the center in parenthesis, with the rest of the number stamped below and the second stamped below that.

Do you replace dog tags that were lost?

Unfortunately I am not responsible for any damaged or lost tags once they are attached to your pet's collar and inspected by the buyer. All tags will come with two split rings (a large & small) that you can use in combination or whichever works best for you and your pet. I highly recommend checking your split rings regularly to make sure they are still intact!! *Please also use caution when attaching your split ring to your tag to ensure that it is completely closed and not stretched open!

Metal types & upkeep?

There are two metal types available for dog tags: Nickel (silver) & brass (gold). Nickel will generally have less upkeep/is more low maintenance. Brass will develop a natural patina over time for a more "lived in" look. While the metal will not rust, all metal is prone to tarnishing over time. Please take care to thoroughly dry your tag if it gets wet and avoid prolonged exposure to water/moisture. A polishing kit is available in the shop to get your tag looking brand new again. Using steel wool to buff, a polishing pad to restore shine, and a sharpie marker to fill in any black that's worn. Please keep in mind that all dogs are different when it comes to wear and tear, as well as the oils on their fur.

» SPLIT RINGS: 
Each tag comes with (1) 20 mm split ring and (1) 12 mm split ring. --- If your pet is more active, please note that the small split ring is delicate and I would suggest only using the larger split ring for security. I do recommend checking your split rings weekly to make sure they are still intact. Dogs tend to play rough and they can open up/unravel if pulled on.

» MADE WITH LOVE BY HAND:
**** Each tag is made to order and completely stamped by hand. I do use tape to line things up and make them straight, but keep in mind each letter and design is stamped completely by hand, one at a time, not using a machine. Since they are hand stamped, variations may occur. This does not take away from the tag, yet makes it unique :)

* Each metal stamp is pre-made and purchased in one size. Because of this, I am unable to enlarge (or make smaller) any font or stamp design based upon the size tag you choose - either to make it fit on the smaller size or fill up more space on the larger size.
