Gift wrapping and packaging

Orders are shipped in a padded envelope. All bracelets will come in a burlap gift bag, perfect for gifting or storing jewelry. If buying multiple bracelets as gifts, please let me know under notes to package separately. For gift orders, there's an option at checkout to send a gift message which can be included with the order.

Resize or restring bracelet

If you need to resize or restring your bracelet, please send me a message and I can provide with the return address to mail the bracelets.

Can I change my order? (size, personalization, color, etc.)

If you need to make any changes to your order please send me a message as soon as possible. If order has not being prepared and has not shipped, I would be able to make changes to your order.
