💍 I use standard US/Canada ring sizes for all my rings, from a size 2 to a 16. And if you have larger fingers, let me know and I'll see what I can do! Not sure about your size? What are the types of metal used in your jewellery?

What are the differt stones you use? What is the difference between real gemstones & birthstones?

💎 I use both natural gemstones and imitation birthstones in my shop. Natural gems are named in each listing. Since they’re natural, color and clarity may vary—if you’re looking for a specific shade, just ask! I do my best to use gemstones in their natural colours. Birthstones are colored cubic zirconia, matched to the real gem’s colour. They’re listed by birth month for easy selection. ✨ Looking for a lab-grown or custom stone? Message me—I’m happy to help!

I bought a silver ring from you and it left some green on my skin! Why and how do I fix it?

Oh no, I’m so sorry about that! It sounds like there might be a bit of polishing compound left on the ring from polishing—this can happen occasionally. I do my best to catch it, but sometimes it slips through! Rest assured, your ring is made from solid .925 sterling silver—you’re welcome to have it tested at any jewelry shop to confirm. I design all my pieces for everyday wear—I wear mine 24/7, even in the shower and while sleeping! A quick wash with warm water and mild soap should clear it right up. If you have any questions or need anything else, don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m always happy to help. And again, so sorry for the trouble! 💍✨

What is antique bronze? Will bronze turn my skin green & change color?

🟤 Antique bronze is 90% copper, 10% tin—the same metal used in ancient swords and statues! Because it’s rich in copper, it can turn your skin green. This isn’t harmful or permanent—it’s just copper chloride, a reaction between copper, sweat, and skin acids. Bronze also develops a natural patina over time. This darkens or changes color based on contact with skin and air—totally normal and part of its charm!

What is the return policy of your shop? What about gold?

✨Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided items are in original packaging, unworn, and you notify me beforehand. A 15% restocking fee, plus any shipping fees, will apply. Once contacted, I’ll provide instructions on how to return it. ✨Custom-made & gold jewelry is non-returnable. ✨Customers must cover return shipping costs. Refunds (minus the 15% restocking fee and shipping charges) are issued upon receipt of the returned item in Canada. ✨Contact must be made prior to returning; otherwise, it's considered a forced return, voiding the refund. Do you take custom requests? How long does it take and how much?

I accept custom requests, typically requiring 2-3 months to create a unique piece for you. My base rate for custom creations starts at 450 CAD, with the final price depending on the time involved and material costs. For instance, the starting price for my custom keyblades is 500 CAD. If you have a custom design concept, feel free to share it, and I'll see what I can do!
