So although it did ship out much later than I anticipated, I get that any company or small business can get overwhelmed because we're all human. After confirming that the item would be shipped, simply later than anticipated, it arrived in the time frame later provided and that's all I ever ask for. I would purchase again even if I needed to wait again because the items look great, were packaged elegantly, roll well and I received honest communication when I inquired about the shipment delay.
