- You need to choose the size of your portrait, and the number of pets in the photo and make the purchase. As soon as I receive your order, I will contact you to receive the reference photo and start the project.
- After 2 to 4 weeks your portrait will be ready to ship and will arrive at your home within the estimated time frame on the Etsy website.
- Once I have begun to embroider your portrait, refunds will not be offered and if you like you can send me more than one photo as a reference
