Do you offer returns, refunds, or cancellations?

I currently don’t offer returns and exchanges as our products are made to order, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let me know by messaging me and I will work with you to best resolve any issues! I don’t normally accept cancellations as the order is sent for production as soon as the order is placed. If you wish to request a cancellation please contact me as soon as possible.

How long does shipping usually take?

The fulfillment time is calculated in business days, and it's 2–6 business days for all production techniques. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer. So in total, with the time it takes to print/embroider the design and the shipping time (also International shipping may affect this timeline) it could take around 5-15 days to receive your order. I apologize there's not a more consistent window - it depends on your location. You will receive shipping updates via email, but please don't hesitate to reach out directly to me as well!

How do I care for my item(s)?

• How to Care for Your DTG Printed Garments (Graphic Tees, Sweatshirts, Hoodies): ○ Washing: - Turn shirt inside out. - Use cold water & wash with similar colors. - Wash on gentle setting. ○ Drying: - Tumble dry on low or hang dry. I strongly recommend to hang dry. ○ Ironing: - If ironing is necessary, make sure to turn the garment inside out. ○ Do Not: - Do not use bleach. • How to Care for Your Embroidered Garments: ○ Machine cold wash, inside out, with like colors. Only non-chlorine bleach. ○ Tumble dry low. ○ Medium iron. Do not iron embroidery. *I personally machine wash cold my embroidery, then let it air dry on the hanger - that preserves the embroidery best* :)

How do I apply stickers so they stick?

Follow these tips when applying stickers: 1. Apply the sticker to a clean, dust-free, oil-free, and moisture-free surface. 2. After application, press the sticker down with a clean cloth to maximize the sticker’s ability to stick to the surface and avoid air bubbles. 3. Make sure that the sticker is applied correctly the first time. With every reapplication, the sticker’s ability to stick will decrease. 4. Apply the sticker to a flat surface only. If applied on items that bend, are round, or in a cylinder form, we can’t guarantee its ability to hold. ***Stickers are made of vinyl and are durable, but not suitable for outdoor use and also are not completely waterproof***

How to wash my ceramic mug?

The ceramic mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe

Do you have smaller prints?

The smallest size of a print you can get is 8x10 inches. Each poster is giclée-printed on archival, acid-free paper that yields brilliant prints to brighten up any room. Smaller prints would be on postcards, and I've found those to tear easily and be flimsy. I hope you can understand that the quality of print is quite important to me, and that I'd want to provide you with a product that is durable.

Do you create every design yourself?

Yes, all designs are created by me and protected by my copyright, unless they are parody designs. I did hand draw those, but they may be inspired by characters that I did not personally create. I do not use Canva graphics, AI, or stolen artwork in my designs. I pride myself on creating original work.

Where do you source your products?

I use a print on demand service that has a curated list of quality, ethically sourced products. I could not do this without the help of the sustainable manufacturer Printful! In their role as a production partner, they print, pack & ship out orders from their warehouse / fulfillment centers, allowing me to focus on what I love most, creating some fun art! Check out the product description for more details on the brands I work with :) Sustainability is important to me. Around 85% of all textiles produced by the fashion industry end up in landfills, making it a major contributor to environmental damage. As I work with Printful, we only produce items we get an order for, avoiding textile waste from overproduction.

Are items shipped separately?

Yes! Most items are shipped separately, so don't be worried if you've only received part of your order. Mugs ship in special packaging specifically designed for keeping the mug safe and in one piece on its way to you! Also, the prints and stickers each come in rigid mailers so they are not bent or misshapen when they arrive. Some clothing products will ship separately as well, if you haven't received part of your order and are worried - please feel free to reach out to me and message me on Etsy!

My package hasn't arrived but it is marked delivered - what do I do?

• If your item says delivered, but has not arrived, please contact your local post office. • If a package is lost in the mail it is the customer's responsibility to contact their post office. Once a package is mailed, it is out of my hands and in the hands of the carrier. • I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders. • If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the order has already shipped, I'm not liable to replace the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. • By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. • Please message me if you are having an issue with your order, I will do my best within my means to fix it!
