When will my order ship?

The time needed to complete your order varies, based on the item: Premade clay figurines: 1 – 2 business days Made to order clay figurines: 1 – 3 business days Custom clay figurines: 1 – 5 business days Standard prints and posters: 1 – 2 business days Custom prints and posters: 1-5 business days *The times listed are estimates and could be extended during the holiday season. Please message me if you have a strict delivery deadlines.* All packages ship USPS First-Class unless you pay to upgrade at checkout.

What is polymer clay?

All of my figurines are handmade from polymer clay, an oven-baked clay that is hard after curing. My figurines are fragile and best used for display purposes only.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

I do! In many cases, I can bundle items or provide wholesale pricing for orders with large quantities. Message my shop and I would be happy to discuss your options.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship worldwide. Please, if you're ordering for the holidays, allow upwards of a month for your package to arrive.

How are your items packaged?

Figurines are wrapped in tissue paper, bubble wrapped, and placed in a corrugated box. Posters under 12 inches in length are sent in a rigid, flat mailer. Posters over 12 inches in length are rolled in a tube and will require flattening before hanging.
