How long will it take to get my order?

Our current processing time is 1-3 business days but we are doing our best to expedite our orders either on the same day or on the next day when we receive it. We do not ship on weekends. Once your order ships, it will take: USA: 3-7 business days Canada: 7-10 business days Europe: 4-8 business days Australia & New Zealand - between 12 to 25 business days. Everywhere Else - between 12 to 30 business days The tracking info will automatically upload to your order details so you can follow your package from our studio to your door. Please have in mind that sometimes there is a delay on the delivery times, so i will kindly ask you to be patient. Also i am available for you if you have any other questions.

What is the dosage information for the product I am purchasing?

Due to FDA regulations, we are unable to provide dosage and/or usage information or any medical advice regarding our products. We recommend consulting with a licensed healthcare professional or herbalist for more information.

Stotage and Shelf life

Store your herbs in clean, airtight containers, away from heat and light, and handle them thoughtfully. Amber glass jars with airtight lids are ideal. You might also keep them in a dark cupboard or drawer in the original packaging, sealed tightly while not in use. The shelf life of herbs will vary according to the form and plant part. Those that have been cut or powdered have more surface area exposed to the air and can lose their flavor more rapidly than whole herbs. Are these herbs safe for me?

We use only the highest quality herbs we can find. Herbs are nature's medicine, and may interact with current medications you may be on. We recommend that everyone do their own research to check for drug interactions and the safety of consuming these herbs if you have certain medical conditions, as well as discussing it with your doctor or before beginning a new herbal regimen. We do not recommend our products be used by women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. These products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration; therefore, we cannot claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
