Your will receive tracking information when your case is dispatched. If you have any trouble tracking the package please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Can I return my order?

Returns are not accepted. Because the case is specially printed for you to fit your chosen phone model - returns are not accepted. Personalized products are non-returnable. As they are made to your personalization I cannot accept returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with your item or it is faulty please get in touch and we will help as best we can.

If your item is returned to me by the courier because the shipping address you have provided is incomplete or incorrect you will be responsible for covering the re-shipping costs to a different address.

Where is my order being shipped from ?

We work with trusted production partners in several locations around the world so your order can be produced and shipped as efficiently as possible. Most orders ship from the United States. Depending on the product and availability, some items such as AirPods, earbuds, laptop, and iPad cases may ship from either the United States or our European partner in Lithuania. Orders within the UK, Europe, and Australia may also ship from regional partners when available. In some cases, international orders may ship from the United States and could be subject to customs fees depending on your country.

If you made a mistake with your shipping address, please contact us immediately via Etsy messages. Address changes can be applied no later than 12 hours after an order is placed.

• AirPods 1/2 and AirPods Pro 1/2 ship from our US facility.
• All other AirPods models ship from our European production partner’s facility.
