Halloween Appliqued Quilted Wall Hanging, Jack-o-lantern, Ghosts, Bat

This machine appliqued and quilted wall hanging features a spooky Halloween arrangement, including a full moon, a bat, 2 ghosts and a grinning jack-o-lantern alongside a rickety old fence. Measuring approximately 21.75" high and 17" wide, this unique wall quilt was created by hand cutting the images from assorted cotton prints and sewing them onto the solid black background with a blanket stitch in matching cotton threads. Coordinating borders in gold and a black and white check were added, then layered with Hobb's Heirloom cotton polyester batting and a vintage look newspaper print backing. The black background was machine quilted in a meandering stitch to create texture, and the edges were finished with the bias-cut black and white check. On the back, you will find corner tabs, ready for a dowel to be inserted for hanging (not included). This classic Halloween art quilt will be a fun addition to your October decor!
