Inexcusable! I ordered these items in September. I have contacted her a few times to check on the status and was finally told a couple of weeks ago my orders would ship Dec. 13. Today I contacted her and was told she was "too busy and would refund me". Outrageous! This happened with her once before where I waited four months for an item and then she never sent it and refunded me. Still shows that same item on her site. I really was looking forward to receiving these items! The Seller responded that I have no idea what it takes to have a shop and that it takes a while to create the pieces. I feel that three months is definitely long enough time to create 26 magnets. She never told me it would be an issue. She is doing other orders, just not mine. Cancelled order without my agreement.
