Can you expedite my order?

💫 An upgrade to priority mail is offered at checkout. However, processing time still applies. If you plan to pay for priority mail but need it even quicker, I can sometimes shorten my processing time if specially requested PRIOR to purchasing. Send me a message and I will let you know what I can do to help! If you are in a time crunch, I almost always have some ready-made items on a 1 business day processing time, just message me if you need help determining which items will ship in 1 business day :) *Please be prepared for USPS shipping delays, even on priority mail, as we get closer to Christmas*

How long does shipping take?

Actual delivery is in the hands of the post office and they can sometimes take longer. No guaranteed specific delivery dates / times are available. USPS Priority Mail (Approximately 2-4 business days once shipped). As estimated by the post office. *Please factor in both processing time and shipping time when estimating delivery. 🇨🇦 CANADIAN ORDERS 2-4 weeks on average barring customs delays. 🌍 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 2-4 weeks on average barring customs delays, but can take up to 8 weeks in rare cases.

Where do you get your butterflies?

🦋 My insects are raised on butterfly farms and sanctuaries and allowed to live their full lifespan, which averages about 1 month, and then collected and sold so that their beauty can live on! Butterfly Farming actually helps to preserve rain forests and also assures the survival of natural butterfly habitats. Native people are encouraged to grow plants and raise insects opposed to clearing land for cash crops. I am a member of and donate to the Rainforest Alliance, a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving the Rainforest and the many species that live within it, including the Blue Morpho Butterfly! 🐛

REAL STERLING SILVER: Silver plated or "silver tone metal" is an iron alloy. The amount of real silver in "Silver plated" jewelry is minuscule. Silver plated jewelry is costume jewelry grade metal. Real Sterling Silver is 92.5% real solid silver, mixed with a small percentage of copper for adding strength. It is a high quality precious metal and is very durable and resistant to tarnish. It is hypoallergenic and safe for people with allergies and skin sensitivities. All my real Sterling Silver jewelry bears an authenticity stamp to show that it is made from real silver!

We accept returns or exchanges requested within 14 days of when you received your package and shipped back within 30 days. Just send us a message :) Returns should be sent back in their original condition (in their original pouch with all included parts) with no signs of wear. Normal returns are refunded in full minus $4 (for the amount we paid in shipping) - unless waived due to an issue that was our fault of course! A restocking fee may be applied to returns that are not sent back in their original condition, show signs of wear, or are missing parts (fee will be equal to any loss in value). ★ Raw rough chunks of real rainbow moonstone with black tourmaline mineral inclusions! Each stone is wire wrapped by hand. Chains are available in your choice of length: 16", 18", 20", or 24". You may also choose your chain finish: Either Antique silver plated, Bronze, or Gunmetal plated OR an upgrade to Real .925 Sterling Silver, Real 14K Gold filled or Real 14K Rose gold filled. The Real 14K Gold filled and the real Sterling Silver chains are hypoallergenic! All chains are shown in the 3rd photo. Comes in a custom gift pouch, ready to gift or keep! Each raw chunk is cut smooth on top and left rough around the edges, each chunk measuring approximately 16 to 22mm across. Moonstone is a naturally occurring semi precious gemstone which looks clear to white from some angles, and then from other angles, has an iridescent blue (and sometimes almost rainbow) sheen running thru it, also known as a "flash"! This iridescent sheen is caused by the diffraction of light within its many feldspar layers. Moonstone has been used in jewelry dating back to ancient civilizations. The Romans believed moonstone was actually crystalized rays of the moon! Many cultures have believed that moonstone harnesses the energy of the moon and passes that energy onto its wearer, bringing harmony, balance, and calm. This particular moonstone has black tourmaline mineral inclusions giving it a black spotted appearance as well!

Moonstone has many naturally occurring micro-fractures and cracks that run through the stone. This is normal and what causes it's brilliant iridescence!
