In case of return of the goods please pay attention, that Buyer pays for the return shipment (even if the item was bought at free shipping sale)!

Please ensure that the address is correct prior to placing an order. If any package is never picked up from the postal office, or requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address (or any reason), the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fees.

If the parcel was returned to us because you did not collect it, you will get a refund in amount of 90 % from the order.

We accept closure of the order up to the moment the item is shipped except for personalized items. The money refund in case of order closure is made in amount of 94% from the sum (PayPal commission is not returned) .
