How Does Our Digital Artwork Work?

We sell cut design files, which means you receive the downloadable image files, i.e. nothing will be shipped to you in the mail. This is the most cost effective option as it gives you the freedom to cut them home.

Where Do I Download My Purchased Files?

Accessing your files is nice and easy, but “where” you access them depends on how you ordered. Follow the steps in the next answers.

If you ordered while "logged into your Etsy account", the link to download your artwork files will be found under the "Purchases and Reviews" section in your Etsy account.

If you checked out "as a guest" your download links will be found in the email that was sent to you after purchase. Remember to check your junk/spam/archive folder as well. And if you still can't locate the email, try doing a search in your email program for "transaction@etsy.com". Mobile Device Users -> Where Do I Download The Files? (Read This First…) If you want to access your files on your mobile device “you must” log into your Etsy account using your device’s “Web Browser” and then navigate to “Purchase and Reviews” just like you would on a computer. This is because the current Etsy mobile APP doesn’t have download functionality. So please don’t look for your download links in the Etsy Mobile App, you won’t find them there.

Custom and personalized orders

In most cases your artwork will be downloaded as a ZIP file (due to Etsy’s file size limits). A ".ZIP" file is simply a container that bundles all of the images together and shrinks the file size down for Etsy’s system. All this means is that you’ll need to open the ZIP file first, in order to access the images inside. This is super easy though… After downloading the ZIP file simply double-click on it and it will automatically open itself up revealing the design files ready for use.

how can I use the designs

You can use cutting file designs directly at home with your Cricut or other cutting machines, allowing you to have fun decorating many items like T-shirts, furniture, helmets, cars, scooters and more.

What kind of materials can I use?

You can use permanent or removable vinyls to decorate any items you want.
