Custom and personalized orders

Custom and personalized items are not refundable unless damaged upon arrival. Every one of my items leaves my studio in perfect condition, but may be damaged in transit. I will require a photograph to confirm the damage before exchange or repair. Returned items are at the cost to the purchaser and refunds will be for the product only, not the original shipping cost.

To keep your items at their best, do not expose your jewellery to water, perfumes, hairspray or lotions. A wipe over with a jewellery cloth after wear will keep them shiny and brand new looking.

Sizing details are provided within the listings so please read the description carefully. I will happily answer any questions via etsy convo if the information you seek is not provided to you.

Customize your mother and son necklace by selecting any of the pearl colours seen in the chart provided, why not select yours and your mother's favourite colours or your birthstone colours ?

Please leave me a note in the personalization box on checkout with your desired pearl colours from top to bottom. The colours pictured are white and light blue.

Your mother and son necklace is available in lengths of 43cm ( 17" ) plated chain or your choice of either a 42cm ( 16 1/2") or 46cm ( 18" ) sterling silver chain. If you would prefer gold plate or gold filled these are available from the drop down menu at the moment of checkout.

All domestic and international orders are shipped with tracking. Orders can be upgraded to express post on checkout
