Moonstones - India

The moonstone in India is quite a sacred stone, it is only permitted to be displayed on a yellow cloth. In this culture they called the moonstone Candra Kanta, and it is told that moonlight from a full moon gives the gemstone occult and magical powers. It is believed to bring much good fortune and allows one to see the future.

You will receive the same quality as you see in my pictures, I always send from the same batch. I will randomly select one strand. As the colour & size can vary slightly, please do not request for one particular strand. You can buy the whole batch to ensure you will get the best ones.

Lovely colour -- soft white, orange/brown and grey moonstone -- smooth, silky and shiny excellent quality stones. Nice size ovals -- can be used for earrings, bracelets or necklaces. Great service and fast shipping.
