How long will it take to get my item?

-ALL items are custom made. What material are toppers and charms?

Cake charms and toppers are made with quality 1/8” acrylic, and cut with laser precision. Layered charms may be made with 1/16th" acrylic for some layers to help maintain less weight.

What if I don't like the item when I get it?

We're pretty confident that won't happen! If you're worried that your chosen text may not look right in the font you're leaning towards, you can always request a proof. Proofs are only made AFTER an order has been placed and requesting a proof will add to the processing time if there is a delay in receiving approval from the customer. If you receive an item in the font you chose and you don't love it but didn't request a proof, there's not much we can do, so it's important to plan ahead if you think it may be an issue!

What size charm should I choose?

-This listing is made with quality 1/8” acrylic and cut with laser precision.

- All mirror acrylic is one-sided (gray on the back).

-To adhere a cake charm to a cake, use a couple of dots of frosting, royal icing, ganache, or edible glue to secure it to the cake. If your cake is room-temperature buttercream, it should stick right to the side with no additional frosting. If you’re attaching it to fondant, I’m told that water can act as glue to adhere it to the cake as well!

-Returns are not accepted as all items are custom-made.

-Much care is taken when packaging charms, but sometimes breakage can occur during shipping. I will happily replace a broken charm/topper. Please send me a message within 2 days of receipt with photos of the damaged item in its original packaging.

-Please handle items with care as acrylic is a delicate material, especially with smaller fonts/sizes.
