• Back length at 5:41 (Note: Front length is measured similarly but along the front of your body). 
• For sleeve length, use a garment with sleeves that fit well and measure from the shoulder seam down to the wrist. 

Remember to consider your height in your measurements. If you're taller than 175 cm, opting for one size up is advisable to ensure a comfortable fit. 

The delivery timeframe varies based on the destination country and the shipping option selected during checkout. 
 
For standard shipping: 
• Expect 2-5 business days for deliveries within the US. 
• For European countries, non-EU European countries, Canada, Mexico, UK, and Ireland, it typically takes 5-7 business days. 
Please be aware that these are estimated times and specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. For urgent deliveries, opting for the express shipping option (takes from 2 business days) is advisable. 
 
Express shipping durations are as follows: 
• 2 business days within the US. 
• 2-4 business days for Canada, European countries, non-EU European countries, UK, and Ireland. 
• 3-5 business days to Australia. 

Returns are not accepted, and orders cannot be canceled more than one hour after they have been placed. However, we are happy to offer exchanges for all items, with the exception of custom orders, orders that include any customizations, or items that are on sale. 

For prompt and secure delivery, all our products are dispatched from our partner warehouses located in Delaware, USA. 

Our jackets are crafted to order based on standard sizing; they are not tailored to individual measurements unless specifically requested. However, we encourage you to include your measurements in the order comments. This allows us to verify the accuracy of the size selected and offer recommendations for any adjustments that could enhance the fit of a standard size for you. 

If your body measurements fall outside the range of standard sizes, we're more than happy to create a custom product tailored specifically to you. Please don't hesitate to get in touch with us to discuss your custom sizing needs. 

If you encounter any delays or issues with your package during transit, please inform us immediately. We will reach out to the shipping carrier to understand the cause of the delay and will make every effort to expedite the delivery process. 

Ironing is not advised for these items; instead, we recommend using steam to remove any wrinkles. Please note, steam should be used on all items except jackets made of faux fur. If you don't own a steamer or a steam iron, consider visiting a dry cleaner, as they typically offer steam services. For cleaning, the items can either be professionally dry cleaned or hand washed in cold water with a gentle detergent. After washing, lay the items flat to dry. 

Usually, we process orders within 1-3 business days. However, the production time for certain models and custom orders may extend up to 10 days. If you require your order urgently, please contact us, and we will make every effort to expedite the process.
