How long of a shelf life does the Toothpaste have?

The toothpaste will last a long time (up to 6 months) if it is kept tightly sealed and in a cool, dry place. If something happens within 3 months of ordering I will replace it. Please contact me with any concerns.

Will I be refunded if a gift box is sent back as undeliverable?

Yes, but the shipping will be taken taken out of the refund. The shipping you pay is paid directly to USPS, so this helps me not be as negative on the transaction due to circumstances out of my control.

What if USPS tracking shows a package was delivered, but it is missing from my mailbox or porch?

Once USPS has your package, and tracking verifies this, it is out of my hands. If tracking shows a package was delivered, but you have not received it, you must contact USPS. I cannot control what happens to it after it leaves my hands. If the tracking shows delivered, I cannot file a claim with USPS and get my money back for shipping and the cost of my products. It is then up to the customer to file a claim with USPS.

My candle/melt is discolored, is that normal?

Yes it is. Since I use only natural soy wax, colorant are not used. Soy wax can discolor when the fragrance oil interacts with UV. This does not harm the candle/melt in any way. Definitely still use it!

I have been buying this for for myself and my family and some friends! Definitely recommend! The seller is super nice and she knows what she’s doing! I will be ordering again!
