Custom Order or Designs

I will consult with you through Etsy Messages concerning custom embroidery digitization. Most designs take 1-3 days to create. Once I finish, I will send a message to you to approve the file before making that listing available to you. You are allowed one free adjustment to that file. Additional alterations will be billed separately.

Design file sizes are approximate, but usually fit 4x4, 5x7, and larger hoops.

Can I use designs on my products to sale in my shop?

Sure! You just can't sale the physical items with the files stitched onto them, but not the digital embroidery design files.

Can you resize a design?

I would not recommend resizing the original design because each embroidery software reads files different, and this can often alter the design quality.

I can't open my design...

This is usually a simple fix. I can email the individual design to you or offer it in a different version for you to open.

I usually stick to a few select known designers but a customer wanted something specific so I gave this a chance. Unfortunately, it was poor quality digitizing. I will not order from this digitizer again. The stitching went all over the place (jumped around) and did not cut jump stitches so there was a lot more to clean up after the design was finished. Because the outline intentionally doesn’t line up with the disco ball, it was hard to tell what was part of the design. There was also a nonsensical line at the beginning of the pattern which does show through the rest of the image. Ultimately, I decided I will not be using this design due to quality!
