EU/EEA right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods. If an order is delivered in separate shipments, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the last item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform me of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement before the withdrawal period has expired. You may do this by Etsy message, by email, or by using the model withdrawal form below.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, I will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery to you. I will not reimburse any additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered.

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which I am informed of your decision to withdraw. I may withhold reimbursement until I have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed me of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised. This exception only applies where the item is genuinely custom-made or personalised for the customer. It does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
