As all our items are crafted uniquely for each order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds. If you experience any issues, our customer service team is always ready to assist.

Pricing varies based on the size selected, hence the difference.

Is the listed price for the aunt-niece set for both items?

Our listing prices are per item. For a set, please purchase the adult and kid sizes separately.

Is it possible to view a mockup before purchasing?

Regrettably, we don't provide mockups prior to purchase. However, post-purchase we can create one, although this may extend the processing time.

What method do you use for text imprinting?

Our imprinting technique is DTF (Direct to Film), a hybrid of DTG (Direct to Garment) and Vinyl.

Can I get the writing in a glittery/sparkly color?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a glittery/sparkly option at the moment.

What should I do if an item arrives damaged?

We're very sorry to hear that. Please get in touch with us and we'll be sure to send you a replacement.

How do I send my custom photo for a custom order I've made?
