What will I receive for my artwork printable purchase?

JPEG files in 11x14", 16x20", 18x24", 24x36" and A1. Please check listing descriptions for more size details.

How will I receive for my personalized order?

Proofs will be sent via Etsy message for your approval within 1-2 days after payment. Final files will be sent to your email (which is used to register with Etsy) if the proofs are approved.

Can you change the color/ size of a printable download?

Yes, it's free to change to another size or color (one change request per order). Please include your size and color choice in the "note to seller" when checking out. Customized files will be sent to your email within 24-48 hours after payment.

Can I print on other materials?

Yes, of course! My printables are made to work well with any material you choose, such as matte or glossy paper, canvas, wood, metal, etc.

Which type of file will I receive for my template purchase? How can I edit them?

You will receive TIF and PSD files which can be opened with Adobe Photoshop. You need a computer with this software installed and basic knowledge about it (layers, transform, clipping mask) to edit templates.

Can I ask for cancellation or refund of an order?

- Orders with instant downloads: Due to the nature of the products, I do not refund or cancel in any circumstances. - Custom orders: Please contact me as soon as possible after purchase. As long as I do not send you any proofs, I can cancel your order and refund.
