We highly suggest hand washing tie-dye pieces with cold water and mild detergent. Hang to dry. In order to avoid colour bleeding wash alone or with dark colour for the first wash. It is normal to see a little colour bleeding when hand washing item for the first time.

Unless otherwise indicated on listing we use men's sizing for pieces. Our tops are made from Gildan brand items.

Custom and personalised orders

We offer custom pieces with no more than 2 colours. If you have a request for more than 2 colours please feel free to send us a message. If you would like us to try and replicate an item you have seen please send us a message with a picture.

We do not offer returns or refunds on our items since they are made to order. However we will deal with issues on a case by case basis.

We are unable to accept cancellations on custom or personalized pieces. Please be sure to check processing time for each item.

My item does not look exactly as the image

Please note that each piece is hand dyed and due to the nature of tie-dye, no two pieces are identical. Although we try our best to recreate identical pieces there may be some slight variations.

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the correct address is listed without any errors. Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs if item needs to be resent. If customer prefers a refund it will be a partial refund (excluding cost of shipping).

Please contact me within 1 week of expected delivery date if you have any issues with your order. After one week of expected delivery date I may not be able to assist. Tracking numbers are recycled and expire.
