When you are not wearing your jewelry, you should keep it in something dry or in its box for extra caution.

All of our sizes are in US Standard measures. Our sizes for rings range from 2-13 US. Necklaces and chains range from 12 inches to 22 inches. Pendants, charms, birthstones may vary depending on the product. Please refer to descriptions of each product for more detailed information.

Please do not purchase custom rings if you do not know your size. If you do not know your exact measurements, we recommend you go to jeweler to determine your size. Because custom items cannot be resold, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you made a mistake in your order, you can ask for adjustments only within 6 hours of ordering. These adjustments can be about size changes, text or birthstone changes in you order.
