Errors are getting the wrong color, wrong size, misspellings, anything else is subject to our discretion at Pretty Robes - but note we always do our best to make sure you are happy with the product.

Disclaimer: Our iron-on patches are made for easy application, but over time, the adhesive can loosen. If a patch comes off, it’s usually a quick fix — just reapply it with a hot iron! If you prefer a longer-lasting option with no re-ironing needed, we recommend selecting the sewn-on patches. Adorable, well made and arrived when promised. Overall extremely satisfied. I would mention though the sleeves are a bit long in proportion to the rest of the jacket. My niece is a size 7 and the sleeves have to be rolled up on her.
