Most orders are dispatched within 12-15 days and typically take another 4-5 days in transit.

▶ GROMMET TOP: We use standard size, silver grommets by default . If you'd like black, gold or bronze grommets, please include request with order. There is no extra charge.

▶ ROD POCKET TOP: Our standard rod pocket is 2.5 inches by default. If you'd like another size, please include request with order. We can also stitch panels with pockets on top and bottom for sidelight windows upon special request, at no extra charge.

▶ BACK TAB TOP: We stitch tabs 4 inches long by default. If you'd like another size, please include request with order.

▶ FLAT TOP: Flat panel panels come with a header tape at back. They are hung using either drapery pins that are inserted in the header tape, or with curtain clips that are pinched on the top hem.

HOW TO MEASURE PANEL WIDTH

If space allows, we recommend extending the pole 6" to 12" on each side beyond window frames: this makes windows look larger and allows the fabric to stack clear of windows when drapes are fully open. And for proper fullness, we recommend ordering curtain panel widths that are altogether 2 - 2 1/2 times the width of your pole so they have luxurious gather and fullness.

For example, for a 48 inch pole, we recommend two panels of 48 inches EACH for 2x fullness.

HOW TO MEASURE PANEL LENGTH

▶ GROMMET TOP: Measure from *top* of your curtain pole/rod to the desired endpoint. Then add 1.5 inches to this measurement. This should be the final curtain panel length. The extra 1.5 inches added at the end is to account for the ‘upstand’ in grommet curtains – the part of the fabric that stands above the curtain rod.

▶ ROD POCKET TOP & BACK TAB TOP: Measure length from *top* of your curtain pole/rod to the desired end point.

▶ FLAT TOP: Flat panel drapery is hung using either drapery pins that are inserted in the header tape at back, or with curtain clips that are pinched on the top hem.

For flat panels to be mounted with drapery pin and hook mechanism on a track, length should be measured from the top of the track up to the desired endpoint. This will allow for length to cover and hide the track itself. If you’d like your track to be visible, measure from the bottom of track to the desired endpoint. If hanging on a pole, length should be measured from the underside/bottom of the pole.

For panels to be hung with curtain clips, measure length from the *bottom* of the curtain clip to the desired end point. This should be the final length provided to us in your custom order specifications.
