All gems are ethically sourced and natural. Because they're rough and uncut they may differ in size, shape, color. While you'll not receive the same exact ring pictured in photo, you'll receive a very similar one handmade just for you!

• Yellow gold, rose gold, and rhodium/silver plated rings: 5-6 weeks
✦ HOW LONG DOES THE PLATING LAST?
Compared to most plated jewelry, which has a thickness of 0.2-0.5 microns, our rings are plated with 5 microns of silver, yellow gold, or rose gold. The silver-plated rings are also finished with a thin layer of rhodium to enhance their durability and resistance to oxidation. Despite the thick plating, it still requires care and maintenance, and its longevity can vary depending on personal factors such as skin pH and lifestyle.
✦ WILL COPPER DISCOLOR MY SKIN?
Copper can react with the skin's chemistry, sometimes creating a slight greenish tint, which can be easily removed with soap and water. This does not happen to everyone, and in some cases, it tends to disappear after one or two weeks of use.
In any case, it is not harmful and does not indicate a defect in the product. Copper is a safe metal for everyday wear due to its antifungal, antimicrobial, and hypoallergenic properties.
Jewelry plated in silver, gold, and rose gold usually does not leave green marks, as the plating creates a protective barrier over the copper. However, over time and with wear, the plating may wear off, exposing the underlying copper.
✦ DOES COPPER TARNISH THROUGH TIME?
Copper is a breathing metal and it tends to develop a darker brown patina over time.
I always seal my raw copper jewelry with a protective microcrystalline wax to slow down this oxidation process, but this protection will eventually wear off especially on the surface that is in direct contact with the skin. You can easily re-apply any clear metal lacquer, including clear nail polish, at home.
A copper polishing cloth is included with every raw copper jewelry order.
