Lightweight trainer can be brought to any place for your everyday manual exercising.

It can work as bicycle stand as well!

Easy to set up, no screws needed. 15 separate parts which can be assembled in less than few a minutes.

Can be used with any bike from 20" to 29" wheels.

If you are having trouble adding a rear wheel in to trainer, please release pressure in tyre.

Inner spacing is 45-57mm. 9mm adapter included in package.

Adapter for 20", 24", 26", 27"5, 29" wheels included in the package. Just change adapter places to fit the wheel you want.

Made of 12mm premium water-resistant birch plywood.

Narrowing adapter made of 6mm plywood.

Rider + bike must no exceed 90kg!

Please note that the manual trainer will not hold you firmly, you must keep your balance with the bike too!

Tough & imprecise fitment. Only Fits the narrowest of bike tires. Standard enduro tire widths won’t fit.

Hey there, as listed on the description, manual trainer is for up to 2.3" tires. If you are having problem inserting rear wheel try to release some pressure of the tire and then it will slide in without problems. Also, if you have any issues with assembly you can always contact us for help. As for the wider tire you are using we can send you a wider option parts.
