How do you package your item for shipping?

All outfits are carefully wrapped and small pieces, like jewelry, are either attached to a card (earrings) or in a small sealed plastic bag. The wrapped item is then shipped in a purple or teal bubble wrap mailer for protection. I cannot cover damages done during shipping as I have no control over that. However I am happy to add insurance to your invoice if you would like additional coverage.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

Unfortunately, I have no control over how long it takes USPS to get your package to you :-( The postal service provides estimates for each service used however and you will have access to tracking info through the Etsy website. I offer free First class shipping for order above $35. I will also give you the possibility to upgrade to Priority or Express shipping at your own cost. International buyers: You are responsible for shipping costs to your countries. Barring any custom issue, your package could take up to 3 weeks to reach Europe and Australia, possibly more for Asia. Please be aware of these long shipping times before ordering.

Do you combine shipping?

If you purchase several items from me, I will combine them in the same shipment and charge accordingly. I offer free shipping to the Continental US for purchases >$35. I will combine shipping for international buyers as well. Contact me with any questions about rates.

Do you accept Returns and Exchanges?

I do my best to describe and photograph my items as accurately as possible. Please note that due to monitor settings, colors may appear different on screen and in real life. I also inspect my items carefully after completion and once again at the time of shipping to catch any issue. If despite this, you spot an issue or are otherwise dissatisfied with your item, I do offer returns. To receive your refund, the item will need to be shipped back to me, at your own expense, IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITIONS, WRAPPED and SHIPPED IN A BUBBLE WRAP MAILER and I will refund the ITEM amount upon receipt and inspection. I will accept an exchange ONLY if I made a mistake in an order.

This outfit is offered on a "made to order" basis and my current processing time is between 2 and 7 days, depending on how many orders are in the pipeline at the time.

I subscribed to the ETSY Free shipping guarantee so all orders above $35 ship free in the US via USPS First Class Mail and a tracking number will be provided to you. Typical delivery time is 2-5 business days, but keep in mind that delivery time is out of my hands once your purple mailer is in the mail. You will have the possibility to purchase a shipping upgrade at the time of checkout.
