DOMESTIC:

I live in the UK and endevour to get all domestic orders out within 2 days from receiving your paypal payment from Monday - Friday.

INTERNATIONAL:

These orders can sometimes go out as quickly as the domestic orders however they can sometimes take 4-5 days if I am not going to the post office.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE:

I will email you on the day I ship your order so that you have some idea of when you can expect to receive it. Domestic orders usually take 1-2 days to arrive as items are sent out via 1st class post. International orders take a minimum of 5 working days and it has been known for things to take up to a month to arrive.

POSTAGE COSTS:

I do not like to profit from postage and packaging and do try and keep my fees as low as I can especially as 80% of my orders are infact international. The orders are sent standard airmail and as such I will never have any tracking details for your item. Should you require tracking etc please mail me when making payment for your order requesting what type of shipment you would like and I will invoice you for the extra costs.

FEEDBACK:

Please be a good Etsy customer and email me with any problems you may have PRIOR to leaving feedback. I truly believe it is only right to give the seller the opportunity to resolve any issues before their reputation is discredited. Thank you for this.

PHOTOGRAPHY:

All my photographs are taken by myself unless stated otherwise and are therefore copyrighted to Posh Totty Designz and should NOT be used for resale. My photographs have been taken over a very long period of time and are strictly MY PROPERTY. Please note that any sales of my items does not transfer copyright. I would also ask that you respect any of my original ideas and not copy them.

SOLD AS SEEN:

I sell many vintage items in my shop and try and take photographs and describe them as best as I can. Sometimes they may have a flaw that is very small - however if I see this I will mention as I am very honest and hate the idea of someone purchasing an item and getting a nasty surprise or they are disappointed. Please understand though that it is very rare that a vintage item is in immaculate condition. Pristine items will have a premium price tag but I try and sell for a fair price that goes with that items condition. Should you like more photographs or you require more information then please just drop me a line and I will be happy to help where I can.
