Hi I'm Digna, and you might have already seen the pictures of my 3 lovely but rowdy and wild boys. My inspiration to design comes from both my family and the place I call home. I am very grateful to live in paradise and see the beautiful ocean every day as I look outside. All the designs you see on my storefront come from myself and sometimes the ideas my kids will just shout out as I’m designing. I also have a very supporting husband who helps to do all the stuff I hate like uploading the designs and making sure all the information is accurate, you know the geeky tech stuff. I am happy to show my designs to you through Etsy, and will continue to work hard with the hope that you visit me again.

Cancellations or Changes to Orders.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot accept any cancelations. Please understand that once ordered, our printing partner immediately begins the process of making your custom shirt or sweater. Therefore, it’s very crucial to check the correct sizing and color using our sizing and color charts on each listing. We cannot cover the cost of the work already done, and although we are diligent in providing the best quality products in design, style, and print. It’s the customer's job to ensure they chose the right color and size before ordering.

Color and Design Variation.

We will ensure we provide the best quality pictures of our designs that’s as close to the original design. To help sometimes we utilize mock-ups (people) in our pictures to showcase how our designs will look on the person wearing them. Their may be some variances in the way our digital image presents onto the mockup. To ensure the best quality of your order matches the final design please refer to the standalone pictures of just the shirts themselves. This will give you the best idea of how your shirt will look. Please also understand that online shopping calls for some flexibility in design color variation and is no reason to claim a replacement or refund. Some designs may present differently on your screen from ours or someone else’s.

Changes in our Designs.

We reserve the right to make the actual designs different than what you see in the picture. Proportions, sizing, and fonts might be slightly different. However, the overall look of a design will always be very similar.

We use wonderful printing partners to make our designs come to life. Every now and then, a design may not come out exactly perfect and expect that there might be some slight differences. This is sometimes due to printer error or ink errors. We understand the frustration and will work hard to remedy it as best as we can. However, we do not offer refunds because once a shirt is ordered it goes immediately into printing. When ordering from us the shipping address will be from our printing partners location where they help transfer my designs onto your t-shirt, But rest assured all the designs are my own and inspired from my beautiful island home in Hawaii.

Correct Sizing & Manufacturer Info.

On each listing we provide a sizing guide and color chart to help you in choosing the right shirt or sweater. We urge all customers to use all the given information in the listing and policies (size charts, description of product, color guide, etc.) to make an informed purchase for the right size and color. We also list the manufacturer name and the style of shirt/sweatshirt your design will be printed on in the description. This is another means to provide as much information as possible on the quality of the shirt to you, our customers. You can always refer to the shirt manufacturers website as another means to verify the color, material, and sizing.

You may notice some colors might look very similar on your screen. For example, a “Dark Grey” might look very close to a “Dark Grey Heather” but there is a difference in the texture and look. Heather shirts are made with interwoven yarns of slightly different mixes of a color to produce a “flecking” style. This causes the shirt to have a striated/ muted look of the color. Whereas a shirt that isn’t a Heather design will have a completely solid color appearance. Another difference is in the names of the colors. A “Pink” will be lighter in color than a “Charity Pink.” Please, always recheck the shirt color before finalizing an order.

T-Shirt and Sweatshirt Shipping and Variations

To ensure the best quality designs and availability I use one production partner for my Adult/Youth Shirts & Tank Tops and a separate partner for my Sweatshirts and some of my specialty T-Shirts like V-Neck Shirts and Infant Tees. Because they are in different locations, they won’t be shipped together in one package. Using 2 different production partners does affect the distribution times and although your order will go into production at the same time there could be variances in the shipping times between both production partners. This is apparent during busier times of the year such as Christmas. Please allow for some shipping timeline discrepancies during the peak Holiday Season. Solid Colors are made from 100% airlume combed & ringspun cotton.
Heather Colors are a cotton & polyester blend.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Before washing turn shirts inside-out to protect the designs.
Wash in cold / warm water.
Tumble dry on gentle or medium settings. If possible, hang dry for best results and longevity.
Avoid Bleach or Dry Cleaning
Don’t iron directly on the printing.
