Dimensions

Length: 35 Inches

These stave are real used bourbon barrel staves. We do all the dirty work for you. We remove all the loose char from the bottom of these staves, then we lightly sand them so they are ready for your next project. Some staves may have cracks or other defects.
The staves are between 34" and 35" long and 1" thick. You pick the width that you would like from the drop down menu. The width is measured from the middle of the stave. They get thinner on each end. These staves are not flat, they bow up in the middle about 1 inch. Some have more of a bow than others.

2" - 2½"
2½" - 3"
3" - 3½"
4" - 5"
3" - 4" with bunghole
4"- 5" with bunghole
Some of the staves with a bunghole will come with a bung, and some won't. It depends on how the stave came to me. If you would like bungs leave me a note at checkout and I'll make sure your new stave has a bung in it's hole. If you need a specific size leave me a note at checkout and I'll try to find staves that fit that size request.

We can also prefinish the staves if you would like. If you want your new stave prefinished message me and we'll set it up. (Extra fee for finishing)

These are real used bourbon barrel parts. They may have defects which include but aren't limited to cracks, checks, discoloration, and missing pieces of wood. This is just part of working with a recycled product.
