I don't accept returns for personalised or custom-made items. Item needed for a specific date

Most orders are delivered quickly but please be aware that due to the unpredictable nature of all delivery companies, delivery times are only an estimate so can't be guaranteed. Even though I work as quickly as possible to send out your orders, I can never guarantee delivery for a specific date. I recommend ordering well in advance of when you need the item to be on the safe side. If you place an order, it's on the understanding that I won’t be held responsible if the order arrives after your preferred date because once posted, the delivery is out of my control.

I do my best to make listing pictures & digital samples as accurate as possible. However; due to a number of factors out of my control, the colours may look slightly different in person from what you see on screen. Individual device settings affect how colour is shown, so what you see on your screen may look different to what myself & others are seeing on their screens. Colour on screen and in print are produced in different ways. Screens use light whereas printers use ink. The colour range you can print is limited compared to screens & usually appears less vibrant. When viewing a printed product in person, light in your surroundings will affect how it looks. natural, electric, LED, florescent light etc affect how the colour looks.

If you purchase an item and then come back at a later date and purchase more, the material and or colours may vary slightly from what you originally had. This is because materials, suppliers and printers change over time and if a new batch of paper or new printer is being used by the time you come back to order more, it may slightly change how the product looks. The handmade nature of many of my products may also contribute to some variation. I may also change or evolve a design over time to improve it so be sure to check the item description and product photos to see the latest information if re-ordering.

Do You Sell Record Stands?

I don't sell the record stands. For record table names you will need quite sturdy stands to support the weight of the records otherwise they could fall over, so I recommend choosing some that are on the heavier/ thicker side to support them, although it's difficult to tell how sturdy the stands are online. You might be able to find stands in wedding shops or in Hobbycraft. Also if you type "table number holder" or "table number stand" into Google or Etsy some options should come up.
