I ordered the wrong color swaddle for my baby. I messaged the company and they not only replaced it with the correct color but responded the SAME DAY. When I got the shipping invoice I saw their comments on my order. It was listed multiple times to change the swaddle. That is above and beyond customer service. I will recommend them over and over.
